I have taken a physical and my blood pressure was 140 over 100. I need it to be at least 140 over 90 to pass or lose my job by failing physical. I have been talking 5mg once a day for eight months. Can I take a larger dose like 10mg and get my BP within the parameters for the morning reading and then check with my Dr. About adjusting the dose? I am not near my family Dr.
