I Have Taken A Pregnancy Test 5 Days Ago And

I have taken a pregnancy test 5 days ago and it came back positive, I have taken 3 more since and they are all negative. I have hormonal imbalance and Irregular periods, I started spotting yesterday and today I had what looked like normal period blood. Not sure what that means
