I Have Taken Bc Powders For More Then 10 Years...I

I have taken bc powders for more then 10 years...I have servere headaches when I don't take them...n the top of my stomach feels like someone stabbing me..but then when I do..I will take up to if not more then 6 to 8 in a day at times...my whole body shakes bad...I'm really anxious.. N I go from burning hot to freezing cold....
Am I overdoseing so to speak when this happens?
