I Have Taken My Blood Pressure Twice In Both Arms

I have taken my blood pressure twice in both arms and the Left arm pressure was :146/63 and 138/60
The right arm was: 118/52 and 106/52
Pulse was 60 all four times.
I have vascular disease and have a pace maker, Should I be worried? This difference hasn't happened before.
