I Have Taken Norethisterone Tablets To Delay A Period Whilst

I have taken norethisterone tablets to delay a period whilst on my honeymoon. I took a pregnancy test a few day before taking the tablets to make sure I wasn't pregnant the test came back negative so I took the tablets. I took 3 a day for 10 days and my last tablet was Sunday this week. I haven't come on a period since so I have done two tests both came back positive. Could this be correct?
