I Have Taken Over The Counter Medicines Like, Aleve, Tylenol

I have taken over the counter medicines like, Aleve, Tylenol PM, Restless Leg medicine, and several types of vitamins for years. 5 days ago I decided to stop taking them. I stopped cold turkey. Since then I have had bouts of nausea, dizziness, light headedness, weird sensations, swings of hot and cold, and emotional episodes. Should I have not stopped the medicines cold turkey???
