I Have Taken Prednisone For 5 Days A Month For
I have taken prednisone for 5 days a month for the last 3 months due to bronchial flare-ups. I've gained 15 lbs.
Is this due to the drug or the fact that I have been unable to exercise because of my illness. My diet is normal and I do not overeat. I do enjoy a glass of wine during and after dinner. Is the weight gain because I'm not active, or is it the drug? Thanks.
