I Have Taken Two Temazepam 15 Mg, As Directed By

I have taken two Temazepam 15 mg, as directed by my Dr. They have not put me to sleep yet. I took them two hours ago. Would it be safe to take a Lorazepam 1mg now, to see if that will relax me. I have RLS very bad. and usually take 1 mg Of Requip along with 2 Alprazolam .5 mg, am out of the Alprazolam until tomorrow.
