I Have Tearing Mostly All The Time My Left Eye,

I have tearing mostly all the time my left eye, I am a registered nurse it started 2 years ago I have went to eye doctors suggested dry eye nothing helps an allergist recommended restsasis didn't help .until lotemax but the side effectsts are high. I never wore glasses been seen by cornea specialist but it
