I Have Teeth Pain Focused On Left Side Back, Upper

I have teeth pain focused on left side back, upper and lower at times, ear pain, headache, tight neck muscle on left side, ear is tender to touch on outside around the TM joint. Dentist has confirmed no dental issue that could be causing and I also went to ENT to have my ear checked and nothing. Muscle relaxers and pain meds do not seem to be helping at this point. I have a high tolerance of pain from dealing with crohn's for 25 years yet I would rather have a crohn's flare than this. This is so painful and growing constant. Where should I go from here?
