I Have Tenderness In The Colon Area To The Left

I have tenderness in the colon area to the left of midline. This has occurred off and on for years. Last Tuesday I caught a stomach bug and since throwing up it has been sore daily along with soreness and hardness under my naval area. I feel a bit of cramping with the pains too. I have recently been spotting as I am 47 and have had irregular cycles for years. The pain does not seem to be low enough to be related to this though. I have also been feeling nauseous. I did have a echocardiogram that picked up gallstones a few months ago too. However, the issues have really been increased since the sick spell last week with the vomiting. Seeking thoughts.
