I Have Tendon And Joint Pain That Does Not Respond

I have tendon and joint pain that does not respond to Humera Embral and Spomodi. (Spelling). Ridiculous incontinense Not able to sleep my right index finger and thumb and whole hand drops. My left hand has started to shake. Mostly when I wake up but now other times in day. I was diagnosed with anklelosing spondylitis But because I'm not responding to what his other patience he is starting to wonder. I did test positive to B27 ? Also I had glaucoma at 48.
