I Have Tendonitis From My Hips Down To My Ankles.

I have tendonitis from my hips down to my ankles. I have fibromyalgia but if I could get rid of the tendonitis in my calves around my new knees quads and hips I think the fybro could be manageable. What's the best treatment? Id like to get cortisone shots in my calves around my knees and quads to see if it helps..
