I Have Tested Positive For The TB Germ From A

I have tested positive for the TB germ from a recent skin test and blood test...although I show no signs of the disease...My physician has now put me on the medication Isoniazid for nine months; however after six weeks the blood test showed that my liver count was high...I was taken off the meds. for one week and retested...liver count was then normal...I am back on the medication but concerned about any damage to my liver due to this medication. Should I get a second opinion on treatment or medication?
