I Have The IUD Mirena And Toward The End Of

I have the IUD mirena and toward the end of last month I experienced longer than normal menstrual and have also realized less than normal Korean "symptoms", I have however developed new symptoms such as nausea, chest pain and cold sweats at night, I've made an appointment but the soonest won't be for another week, I've also developed a lump in my left breast not sure if related but this all came about while having the iud.
