I Have The Chills But I Feel Really Cold I

I have the chills but I feel really cold I have a fever and my ear hurts when I swallow or lay on it I also have a horrible headache and a dry spot on the back of my throat that makes my throat feel sore and makes it hurtful to swallow water isn't helping this has been going on for 3 days and I don't feel any better
