I Have The Contraceptive Implant And Due For It To

I have the contraceptive implant and due for it to be removed in December after having it for 3 years. But this past month maybe longer my stomach has started to bloat, I am sick on a daily basis, I keep having spots of blood every now and again and after going to the doctors I was prescribed medication for thrush. I would appreciate help on what this could be? Thanks
