I have the feeling of an air bubble behind my knee cap. It only hurts when I bend my leg past about a 100 degree angle. But it's constant discomfort. Almost feeling like something is out of place. It happened after I ran about a half mile. I don't usually run but I do walk a lot and do physical work at my job. I iced it and it got worse
