I Have The Mirena Coil Fitted Which Is My Second

I have the mirena coil fitted which is my second and has been in 3 yrs in may. I don't normally have a period it's usually mild spotting and miLD pain. I have for the past 9 days experienced more painful cramp pains on and off and more bleeding like a normal period please advice what I should do as even when I had normal periods before the coil I didn't have on and off pain for this long
