I Have The Mirena Iud. Before It Was Replaced On

I have the mirena iud. Before it was replaced on June 3, my last menstrual cycle was around May 11. Please know I've had a cycle the whole 5 years of my iud. I was feeling pregnant. Breast were swollen and leaking. All tests, blood and urine came back negative. However, I was still feeling pregnant. About 6 weeks after my replacement I had an abnormal period like I've never had. Blood everywhere. Clots that were grey to very dark and huge. Took more tests since then. Still negative. However, my stomach has been gradually growing and I look and feel pregnant. I have butterfly feelings off on throughout the day. My daughter is 14. So I shouldn't be having those feelings right? What's going on? Thanks
