I Have The Nexplanon Birth Control. I've Had It Now

I have the nexplanon birth control. I've had it now for almost two years now with no problems. I recently started my period and since then I've had headaches, neasua, vomiting, fatigue, very bad bloating, major stomach cramps and back aches, and thighs are extremely sore and anytime I eat I get sick. I've never felt like this since I've had this birth control. Can this be pregnancy?
