I Have The Nexplanon Implant, And I've Had It For

I have the nexplanon implant, and I've had it for about 5-6 months. The past 1-2 months I've been getting nauseous every time I eat or before I even eat. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests in the last month and they've all been negative. I am a smoker, and lately just the smell of a cigarette makes me sick. I looked it up on yahoo answers and most of them said it happened to them too, them they found out they were pregnant. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative as well. I can't get into my obgyn until next month, I really just want some answers! Thanks
