I Have The Nexplanon Implant And Have Had It For

I have the nexplanon implant and have had it for two years now. I started my menstral yesterday morning it was real light then got real heavy in the evening time. I completely stopped this morning and it came back spotting then heavy. I feel very uncomfortable in my stomach area is that normal?
