I Have The Pregnancy Of 4 Weeks And 4 Days

I have the pregnancy of 4 weeks and 4 days .first I took 2 pills gyenicosid. Then someone suggest me to take st mom. Then I took 4 tablet under the toung after six hrs I took another 4 pills under the toung by due to high temp I did take the third dose . It is my third day of tablets but no bleeding till time wt should I do
