I Have The Tiniest Little Black Dot In My Left

I have the tiniest little black dot in my left lower eyelid and a few hours later another appeared on my top left eyelid and then the same thing happened to my right bottom eyelid and then my right top eyelid later on. What could it be? How long would it be there? How do I treat it?
