I Have The Urge To Pee Every Like 15 Minutes

I have the urge to pee every like 15 minutes and I go but barely nothing comes out. I thought this was a kidney infection so I drank a bunch of water. That helped. I just drank a soda and I immediately felt the urge to pee but I wasn't able to go at the time. When I finally got the chance to go, I saw that there was blood in my underwear. Is this something more serious than a UTI?
