I Have These Almost Pimple Looking Bumps With Red Scabs

I have these almost pimple looking bumps with red scabs on the top of each that started in my pubic area and now I'm getting spots on the shaft of my penis. The burning became unbearable after I put a cream I took for scabies and another I take for a yeast infection. Is it possible I have scabies still or something more serious I've had unprotected sex recently and this is what's happening I have scheduled an appointment to get checked.
