I Have These Bumps Around The Edges Or My Top

I have these bumps around the edges or my top lip, they aren't very small or big.. If you pay attention to my lips you can see them. They feel rough or scaly when I tough it. My mouth is like its on fire and nothing is working . They burn and the corners of my mouth burn . I've used Vaseline to try and help . The bumps are my skin color . They are kind of painful to touch and when I wake up they hurt and sometimes my lips are swollen . These have been here for a month now and their are burning very bad right now .
