I Have These Flat Shiny Oval Like Spots Around The

I have these flat shiny oval like spots around the head and shaft of my penis. It started out as one and now it is spreading. It seems that it's been more moist/sweaty down there since this has been occurring but maybe I'm aware of it and paying closer attention to it. There is no pain no itching with this. I've been married for years and have had std tests in the past and was negative. Do you what this could possibly be or should I go to dermatologist over this over a regular doc. I'd like to have this seen and hopefully treated by one person vs showing my stuff to multiple people.
