I Have These Red Blotches On My Skin. Primarily On

I have these red blotches on my skin. Primarily on my thighs and butt with some on my stomach chest and arms. Maybe the size of a mosquito bite. I've tried several creams. Cortisone 10, Eczema Fast Relief, Lubriderm, and Gold Bond. I noticed them maybe a month or 6 weeks ago. Not getting any better. Maybe very slowly getting worse. Do not really itch. No pain. Got any idea what this might be?
