I Have These Red Dots That Are Showing Up On

I have these red dots that are showing up on my face, 2 around my lower chest and 1 on my stomach. I have a kitten that has been treated for ringworm. These dots have no rings around them. What do you think? The kitten has been treated and when I spoke with the vet about my dots, she said that I don't have ringworm.
