I Have These Red Hive Looking Welts On My Cheeks

I have these red hive looking welts on my cheeks that stay more than they are gone. Sometimes they itch a little but for the most part they do not bother me other than they are red ,swollen, and on my face! Please help with any suggestions you may have problems thoughts. Thank you.
