I Have These Small Hard Bumps On The Bottom Portion

I have these small hard bumps on the bottom portion of the penis shaft. If I squeeze hard enough they pop and a hard lump of white stuff comes out. They aren't painful or anything like that. They are the same color as my skin, a little bit red but very close to my skin color. What could these be?
