I Have These Sores On My Scalp That Start Off

I have these sores on my scalp that start off as kind of a pimple and if I scratch the pimple, it comes back even worse. It itches and leaves a crater when picked. The crater gets deeper and wider every time its picked or scratched off. I also am getting them on the upper cartlidge of both ears. And they're in identical spots on both ears. If my cars get pushed up against it feels like sharp pins being pushed into my head. This all started about a year or so ago.. I also get chronic migraines and have suffered head trama about 2 years ago.. my jaw also locks on me while trying to eat or brush my teeth and ive been experiencing a lot of pain in my face/ skull
