I Have These Spells Where I Go Numb From Head

I have these spells where I go numb from head to toe and can't walk and have slurred speech. I have traumatic brain injury from mutiple concussions and have a pinched nerve in my neck that will cause these symptoms. But the doctors are telling me that the pinched nerve is not hte cause and they have tried treating me as a stroke victim but have never had a stroke yet
