I Have These Strange Red Dots On The Inside Of

I have these strange red dots on the inside of my lower right leg. They are not raised, itchy or burning. Almost look like a rsh, yet not quite close enough or red between the dots. Only discovered them while washing the other day. curious if I might find an answer or idea of what it is here?
