I Have These Sypmptoms Blurred Vision Impaired Vision Eyes Not

I have these sypmptoms
blurred vision
impaired vision eyes not turning correctly
hot spells
confusion
dizzy
unsteady walking
poor coordination
fuzziness in my head
feeling out of body
couldn't drive car smoothly jerking and correcting steering around corners.
had to go home as i could not drive

extreme fatigue
