I Have These Things On Earlobe And Outter Ear.they Look

I have these things on earlobe and outter ear.they look like tiny worm things, and when pulled out have a shrimp shape. I looked through a hi-powered lens and this thing had a white tongue like thing moving in and out . I am on a surfer drug and have use Clorox to clear nail polish. Not working ......please help
