I Have These Two Bumps. Now 3. The Original Has

I have these two bumps. Now 3. The original has gotten bigger over time. But this morning it was soft. And very squishy. I squeezed when i was in the shower. And tons of pus and blood came out. Prior to that. A few showers ago. I touched it and got what seemed like blood. But i got out and looked a little closer. It looked like worms. Some type of larve very small. And whenever i would pop the bump it would get flat. And i can feel a hole in my skull under neath the skin. Im starting to get a bit worried because the second one is pretty sore. I have a feeling something is comsuming me alive and i would just like some answers.
