I Have These Two Bumps On My Ankle They Are

I have these two bumps on my ankle they are about the inch of my thumb apart & it's red and itchy. I usually break out in hives because of my stress levels but this isn't stress & they weren't there yesterday. I can feel when I get new hives like they will form on my skin. But i don't know where the bumps came from
