I Have These Very Small Painless Bumps, Sometimes Red Or

I have these very small painless bumps, sometimes red or skin colored. They pop easily and are filled with blood and then go away. But they seem to come back. I have had them first on my inner thigh, then butt and one at the top of my pubic area. They do not cluster.
