I Have These Weird Scabs On My Neck. It All

I have these weird scabs on my neck. It all started with a tiny scab and it soon spread into a few larger ones and now it's spreading even more. These scabs itch super bad and I've been putting a cream on them but it's not working. My little brother got his before me and they spread from his neck to his face. His nose has a huge bloody scab on it and we're getting worse. Help!!
