I Have These White Lumps That Started Off Around 10

I have these white lumps that started off around 10 years ago and it popped and went away. But more started growing around 6-8 months later. I squeezed these lumps as they were getting quite big. A white hard substance came out and it went away again. Then over the years they seem to grow back in little clusters in the one area. The first time I went to the doctor he said it was a blocked follicle. These things are not pain full they just look ugly and after they get to a certain size they pop easily. What is the best thing for me to do or apply on them or will they just keep coming
