I Have These White Painful Spots On My Banjo String,

I have these white painful spots on my Banjo String, they sting when foreskin is pulled back and there's a fair few of them, they're painful to the touch and stings when I clean them, they pretty much cover my banjo string but no where else on my penis any help is appreciated
