I Have Third Stage Progressive Ms...with Severe Leg And Feet

I have third stage progressive ms...with severe leg and feet edema, with painful skin on legs that look like they are burned...as well as feet and toe problems...just today, the skin on my heel ripped open, about the size of a quarter...a little bleeding, painful, etc. What should i put on sore, or treat skin...no medical insurance, no doctoring care in a long time, I am 60 yrs old...and i am homebound 24/7. Can i take care of this burning, pealing, red and purple skin with the new one and only sore on the heal?(swollen so bad that i cannot wear shoes)
