I Have This Bean Sized Lump Under My Jaw. I

I have this bean sized lump under my jaw. I get this occasionally... Maybe 1-3 times a month... It is sensitive to touch but it doesn't cause pain too bad. Can you tell me what it is and why I get it? I am 13 but i've been having this problem since I was around or 7.
