I Have This Bump On My Crotch By My Vagina

I have this bump on my crotch by my vagina and I was thinking it was an ingrown hair but I'm scared this is not what it is .. I've had hear before but this one really hurts and is really big and it has turned purple and I'm scared of what it is I have a picture if needed. I need answers please help
