I Have This Constant Pain In My Tailbone Area (right

I have this constant pain in my tailbone area (right above my buttcrack) hurts super bad especially when moving around and trying to sit. It usually comes and goes every other month but this time worse than ever. Is it even a hemroids it bruised tailbone. I have fallen or anything to hurt my tailbone. Only thing I’ve done is lifted a few heavy boxes at work.
