I Have This Constant Twitch, Spasm, Bug, Idk What In

I have this constant twitch, spasm, bug, idk what in the back of my head. It almost feels like a vibration or bugs on my head. I even feel it on my q...like it resonates. What is causing this? Its more so on the back of the head, right parallel to the right eye. It is maddening! Ty!
