I Have This Feeling Of Something Loving I Have This

I have this feeling of something loving I have this feeling of something moving in the middle of the right side of my stomach and have had it for a few days now. Initially I put it down to gas in my stomach but as it has not moved from this position and has produced no actual flatulence I am unsure now. It is not painful but a very strange feeling and has me a little concerned.
